QUICKOLA PROVIDER TERMS
Provider terms
These terms explain the standards that apply when you offer services through Quickola.
Effective date: 6 September 2026 · Version: provider-2026-09
1. Your role
You are an independent provider, not a Quickola employee. You are responsible for the services you agree to deliver and for complying with the laws that apply to your work.
2. Accurate profile and suitable work
Keep your identity, experience, services, service areas, availability and profile information accurate and current. Only accept work you are competent and properly qualified to perform. Keep any licences, certificates, registrations or insurance required for the services you offer current. Quickola does not treat a profile or declaration as proof that a qualification or insurance policy has been independently checked.
3. Customers and communications
Communicate professionally, arrive when agreed, treat customers and their property with care, and use Quickola communications appropriately. Do not harass, discriminate against, threaten or mislead anyone.
4. Payments
Customers pay Quickola’s booking fee through the booking flow. During current testing, the booking fee shown is £1.00; this is a temporary test configuration, not the permanent fee policy. The intended future model is 10% of the accepted quote, subject to a £5 minimum and £25 maximum, once confirmed and enabled. The quoted service price is paid directly to you by the customer outside Quickola, and Quickola does not collect or distribute that service price or make provider payouts in the current flow. You are responsible for agreeing the service price, completing the work and handling any applicable taxes or other obligations. Quickola payment records may be adjusted for booking-fee refunds, disputes or chargebacks.
5. Cancellations and disputes
Honour accepted bookings or communicate promptly if a problem arises. Cancellations, refunds and disputes may be reviewed using the job, booking and message records and handled under Quickola’s customer and payment processes. A cardholder may also use rights provided by their card issuer or payment service. Do not promise a refund, payout or outcome on Quickola’s behalf.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not submit false information, misuse customer data, move customers off-platform to avoid agreed fees, manipulate reviews, create duplicate accounts, or use Quickola for unlawful or unsafe activity.
7. Review and account action
Quickola may review provider profiles and activity, request further information, suspend access or remove a provider who does not meet these standards or creates risk for customers or the platform.
8. Privacy and updates
Use customer information only to provide the agreed service and protect it appropriately. Quickola processes provider personal information to operate the marketplace. Please read the Privacy Notice, which explains the information Quickola collects, why it is used, who it may be shared with, retention, international transfers where applicable and your rights. We may update these terms as the marketplace develops and will communicate material changes through the platform. Accepting these Provider Terms is separate from the privacy information and does not itself amount to consent to all processing of personal information.
