Terms

Last updated 26 July 2026

1. The marketplace

Quickola provides a platform that helps customers post local service jobs, receive offers from independent service providers, communicate and choose whether to book or pay where supported. Quickola is not the service provider and does not itself perform cleaning, plumbing, handyman or other work.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account, job and contact information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

3. Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses or individuals, not Quickola employees or agents. Customers decide whether to engage a provider. Providers remain responsible for their qualifications, pricing, availability, work, tax, insurance and legal compliance. Quickola does not guarantee a provider’s availability, quality or suitability.

4. Jobs, offers and bookings

A job post is a request, not a guaranteed booking. Offers are made by providers and may be subject to clarification or availability. A booking is formed only when the relevant in-product confirmation is completed. Keep job details and access information accurate and share only what is needed.

5. Payments and cancellations

Where payment is supported, payment processing, fees, refunds and payout timing are shown in the relevant flow and may involve third-party payment services. Customers and providers must follow the cancellation and payment terms shown for the booking. Quickola may suspend or restrict activity where payment, fraud, safety or legal concerns arise.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse invitations, attempt to access another account, upload unlawful material, misrepresent services or use the service in a way that threatens its security or availability.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Quickola available, but maintenance, provider outages, third-party services and network failures may interrupt access. You are responsible for decisions about access, safety, timing and the suitability of any provider you choose.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Quickola contact page.
